硬水流入,发生置换 Hard Water Inflow

自来水从树脂罐顶部压入,其中的钙镁离子(硬度来源)与树脂表面的钠离子接触。由于树脂对带双电荷的 Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺ 吸附力更强,钠离子被“替换”下,进入水中,钙镁则被牢牢吸附。 Hard water enters the resin tank. Because the resin beads have a stronger affinity for Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ than for single-charged Na⁺, the hard minerals kick the sodium off and stick to the beads.

树脂饱和,软化失效 Resin Saturation

随着通水量增加,树脂表面所有的交换位置逐渐被钙镁离子占满,此时树脂达到“饱和”状态(即上方模拟器中的饱和度达到 100%),机器无法继续软化水质,水龙头重新排出硬水。 Over time, all exchange sites on the resin are occupied by calcium and magnesium. The resin is 'saturated' (100% saturation in the simulator above) and can no longer soften the water.

高浓度盐洗,置换还原 Salt Brine Regeneration

此时,控制阀会自动启动“再生”程序,将高浓度的食盐水(NaCl)注入罐体。海量的 Na⁺ 离子强行把树脂上的 Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺ 顶替下来,并将其排入下水道,树脂重新装满钠离子,恢复软化能力。 To restore capacity, the valve injects highly concentrated sodium chloride brine (salt water). The massive surge of Na⁺ forces the calcium/magnesium off the beads and flushes them to the drain, resetting the resin.

顺流再生 vs 逆流再生技术对比 Co-current vs Counter-current Regeneration

软水机的再生技术直接决定了后期的用盐与用水成本。逆流(上流式)再生在节水省盐上相比顺流(下流式)具有绝对优势。 The regeneration method determines salt and water efficiency. Upflow (Counter-current) regeneration saves significant resources compared to traditional Downflow (Co-current).

盐水流动方向与正常制水水流相同(自上而下)。再生时,最上层吸附硬度最高的树脂会先接触饱和盐水。被替换出来的钙镁离子会向下流动,被强行推过中下层较干净的树脂,极易在底部树脂形成二次污染(硬度迁移)。整个过程耗盐多、废水多。 Brine flows in the same direction as service water (downward). The heavily saturated top resin layer meets fresh brine first. Displaced hardness ions are pushed down through cleaner bottom resin, causing secondary hardness migration. Requires more salt and rinse water.

The cleanest bottom resin meets pure brine first, ensuring optimal restoration. Displaced ions are pushed straight out the top, saving up to 30% salt and 45% wastewater.
